Keith Fuller

Keith Fuller is the Chef/Owner of Pork & Beans, a new concept in collaboration with Chef Richard DeShantz. With over 20 years of experience, Fuller’s ingredient-driven cooking pushes boundaries by highlighting eclectic and bold flavor profiles. After working in kitchens such as the award-winning L’Auberge in Dayton, Ohio and Jake’s in Manayunk, Pennsylvania, Fuller settled down in Pittsburgh, opening up his first restaurant, Root 174, in 2011.


Richard DeShantz

Richard DeShantz is the Chef/Owner of Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh, PA. DeShantz elevates his hometown’s culinary landscape bringing creativity and innovation to Pittsburgh’s Cultural District neighborhood through his restaurants: Meat & Potatoes, a seasonally-inspired gastropub; Butcher and the Rye, an acclaimed rustic Americana restaurant with an extensive whiskey program; and täkō, a lively tequila-driven taqueria.


James Ciminillo

James Ciminillo is the Chef de Cuisine at Pork & Beans. The Ohio-native made his way to Pittsburgh in 2008, where he began studies at The Art Institute. Ciminillo joined the team at Meat & Potatoes in June 2011, starting as a line cook, and eventually working his way up to Chef de Cuisine. Growing up eating hearty fare, Ciminillo enjoys experimenting with new techniques and reinventing classic comfort food.
